Broken Fence Notice for Residents on Chestnut and Linden
Important information regarding fence upkeep:
If you live on the east side of Linden Road, backing up to the office complex at 1535 Lake Cook, THAT OFFICE COMPLEX IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE TALL FENCE BETWEEN THEIR PARKING LOT AND YOUR BACK YARD.
1535 Lake Cook is located in the Village of Northbrook. If there is a problem, contact the assistant property manager, Rene Nissim, at 224-373-4484 or nissim@farbman.com. If that does not get results, call the Village of Northbrook Development and Planning Services Department at 847-664-4050.
If you live on Chestnut and back up to the businesses along Waukegan Road, THOSE PROPERTIES ARE OWNED BY INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES THAT ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO INSTALL, MAINTAIN, AND REPAIR TALL FENCING BETWEEN THEIR PROPERTIES AND YOUR BACK YARD.
